[Dxspider-support] New DXSpider Cluster Frustration

First let me say that I am not a Linux newbie - I am a Systems Admin here
in 
Atlanta.  I have set up DXSpider on a static IP.  The cluster software runs 
perfectly, util, I try to connect to it from my client program, CC User. 
Let me 
briefly explain how I have the server set up - I am running DXSpider trying
to 
connect to another cluster and then present the info to the CC User
program.  I am 
sure I am missing something here.  I can connect to the other cluster and
get 
spots and most everything.  Now I want my server to present this info the
my CC 
User client.  I get nothing.  I can connect to my server without a problem
but I 
can get no spots, announcements etc.  Can someone provide some guidance,
please?  
Please don't refer me to the manual for DXSpider as they do not give me the 
information that I need - at least I cannot find it there.  I know the
ports are 
opened on my server because I can connect through them.  I am positive that
there 
is something that I am missing.  Thanks in advance.
