Have you set up /spider/local/Listeners.pm?

Have you tried the "telnet <dns name> 7300" test?

What method did you use to determine that you were getting spots and
stuff from another node?

Is the windows box running ccuser firewalling you off?

If you do have a console running on your linux box, do a "set/debug conn
raw", then get another shell up and run "/spider/perl/watchdbg" in it,
then connect with ccuser and see what happens.

Guaranteed. But I dunno what. Look at the CC User manual [I'll get my
coat now, thanks...].
