<DIV>I have had this exact same problem with one user recently. Also when testing the Spider Java applet last night, in debugging the web cluster, I found that if I terminated the applet without using the disconnect button, my connect instance would remain in the cluster and be stuck - causing the problem described by Lee. </DIV>
