Crescendo and decrescendo marks

The "<" and ">" statements are used to specify crescendo and decrescendo marks respectively. Each mark must include a begintime and duration. Some examples:

1-2: c;d;e;f;
< below 1: 1 til 2; 3 til 4.5;
3: 2c;g;
> between 2&3: 1.7 til 2m + 1;

3: 2d;a;
< 2,3: 2 til 3.8;
